Job Title: Restaurant Server

Waffle House is seeking a reliable and hardworking Server/Wait Staff to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and deliver food to tables in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
  • Adhere to safety rules and regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Perform end-of-shift duties, including cleaning and restocking supplies
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
