We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Select Medical's Critical Illness Recovery Hospitals. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to critically ill or post-ICU patients who require extended hospital care.

• Evaluate patient needs and develop effective treatment plans to promote patient recovery and well-being.
• Provide respiratory care to patients with complex medical and surgical conditions, including insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and participate in quality assurance activities.
• Teach and counsel patients and families to ensure they are informed and empowered to manage their care.

• Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
• Current state licensure required.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.

• One (1) year of related experience.
