Dynamic Production Planning Role

A leading manufacturing company in Conway, AR is seeking a seasoned Production Planning Manager to spearhead production planning initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, team leadership, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Production: Develop and maintain accurate production schedules to meet targeted inventory levels.
  • Lead Planning Team: Oversee a team of production planners to execute the planning strategy.
  • Collaborate with Plant Leadership: Work closely with plant leadership to schedule production around budget constraints.
  • Address Demand-Related Issues: Provide cross-functional leadership to resolve demand-related issues effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in production planning, preferably in a food and/or beverage manufacturing environment.
  • Team Management: 3+ years of experience managing a planning team.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, NetSuite, or other similar ERP systems).

Location: Conway, AR 72032 (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year (dependent on experience)
