Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and make a significant impact on students' lives. This role involves working within a supportive educational environment, focusing on enhancing communication skills for K-12 students.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Perform evaluations to track student progress
- Collaborate effectively with Special Education staff
- Manage a caseload of K-12 students (specifics to be discussed during interviews)
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
- Experience with Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) is preferred
Educational Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active license to practice in the state
