As part of our Detection and Measurement division, Radiodetection stands as a leader in creating advanced equipment and software for utility companies. Our technology aids in the installation, protection, and maintenance of underground infrastructure, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee the coordination of all domestic outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate shipping documentation and maintaining essential records.
Primary Duties:
- Adhere to safe work practices and promote a culture of safety in all tasks.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, including palletizing when necessary.
- Utilize UPS Worldship for preparing pickups for outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with local carriers for outgoing shipments, such as FedEx and DHL.
- Manage customer invoicing.
- Assist with unloading delivery trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Comply with company and OHSA regulations and policies.
- Provide recommendations to management for process improvements.
- Report risks or potential hazards to management as required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to safeguard company information.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Forklift certification; training will be provided as necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- DOT CFR 49 and IATA training for Dangerous Goods/Hazmat is recommended.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
