• Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menus, ensuring that all dishes are presented in a visually appealing and appetizing manner.
• Food Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Dietary Accommodations: Follow dietary guidelines and accommodate residents' specific dietary needs and restrictions, ensuring that all meals are tailored to meet their individual requirements.
• Menu Planning: Assist in menu planning and development, working closely with our culinary team to create menus that are both nutritious and appealing.
• Inventory Management: Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed, ensuring that all ingredients are readily available to meet the demands of our kitchen.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of food and supplies, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: LTC/SNF experience preferred.
• Skills: Organized and articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
