Medication Monitoring Staff Member

We are currently seeking a skilled Mobile Medication Monitoring Support Staff to provide high-quality services to our consumers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop and implement effective medication monitoring plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to consumers' homes, communities, or other designated locations to monitor their medications.
- Assist consumers in developing and implementing personalized Medication Monitoring Programs, including service assessments, treatment plans, and crisis intervention/recovery plans.
- Educate consumers on proper medication management techniques and promote independence in self-care.
- Maintain accurate records, complete daily reports, and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with mental illness or intellectual disabilities, or a similar combination of education and experience. A reliable vehicle and willingness to use it regularly are also required.
Estimated Salary:
$17.16 per hour
