Job Summary: The Staffing Resource Specialist provides critical support to our Patient Observation Services department, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication among team members. This role requires a strong understanding of departmental needs and employee skill levels, as well as the ability to facilitate collaboration and teamwork across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess departmental needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps and operational challenges.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, including nursing units and leadership teams.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling and supply management.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to align with departmental and hospital mission values and quality initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a nursing-related area.
  • Graduate degree in nursing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Registered Nurse licensure required.

Work Schedule: This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and varying shifts throughout the week.
