Job Summary

The Night Auditor is a critical role within our hotel operations, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. As a Night Auditor, you will be the primary point of contact for all financial transactions and reporting during the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Process all financial transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and depositing funds into the bank.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and review financial reports, including daily sales reports, cash reports, and credit card reports.
  • Security and Compliance: Conduct regular security checks to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field required.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Knowledge of accounting principles and financial software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
Working Conditions:

The Night Auditor will work independently, with minimal supervision, and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
