Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Custodian. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, and floor buffing.
  • Perform technical cleaning jobs, including carpet cleaning and window cleaning.
  • Document and report supply inventory as needed.
  • Document and report staff activity as needed.
  • Perform proper care maintenance on cleaning equipment.
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time and with great quality.
  • Available to work night shift and some weekends as well as various hours as needed depending on work schedule.
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented and flexible.
  • Maintaining a sanitary environment in compliance with OSHA's standards on Bloodborne Pathogens (29 CFR 1910.1030), including proper disposal of regulated waste.
  • Adhering to CDC, EPA, and OSHA guidelines related to routine disinfection for COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.
  • Must be flexible enough to perform multiple tasks at all job sites unaided.
