Job Summary:

This position provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health-illness continuum in diverse healthcare settings while collaborating with the healthcare team. The successful candidate will be accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general nursing care to patients and families in the ICU
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
  • RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
  • State Driver's License
  • Field of Study: Nursing
  • Years of Experience: 0
Work Environment:

This position is located in the Intensive Care Unit at OhioHealth. The successful candidate will work a 24-hour shift schedule, with opportunities for overtime and professional growth.
