Key Responsibilities- Triage patients by telephone or walk-in, determining the urgency and level of care needed.
- Assist physicians in procedures requiring nursing level support, administer immunizations, and manage requests for prescription medication.
- Supervise medical assistants as needed, assist with running daily controls on equipment, and ensure accurate billing codes.
- Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing.
- A minimum of three years' experience in an ambulatory setting, with electronic medical records experience required.
- CPR certification is a plus.
