About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Runner to join our team at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. As a Food Runner, you will play a critical role in expediting food from the kitchen to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food delivery to guests
  • Assist with the presentation of courses and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and suites areas
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser in a similar dining environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
Physical Demands
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up
  • Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
