Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to the Production Supervisor.

Work Schedule: Standard hours are from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Compensation: The hourly wage ranges from $18 to $35, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble machinery, fabricated metal components, conveyance systems, and electrical parts according to specifications.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and related documentation to execute tasks accurately.
  • Utilize various tools and machinery to complete assigned projects.
  • For electrical tasks, demonstrate the ability to strip and wire according to panel diagrams.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records related to production and equipment maintenance.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on assembly equipment and machinery.
  • Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, and communicate with materials handlers as necessary.
  • Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct periodic quality checks and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Execute additional duties as required to support the organization's mission and values.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of six months of experience in construction, distribution, or manufacturing.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Basic math and reasoning abilities.
  • Physical capability to work in confined spaces and maneuver around equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Comfortable working with large machinery.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Experience operating a forklift.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks throughout the day.
