Work Schedule: Standard hours are from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Compensation: The hourly wage ranges from $18 to $35, commensurate with experience.

- Assemble machinery, fabricated metal components, conveyance systems, and electrical parts according to specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and related documentation to execute tasks accurately.
- Utilize various tools and machinery to complete assigned projects.
- For electrical tasks, demonstrate the ability to strip and wire according to panel diagrams.
- Maintain accurate logs and records related to production and equipment maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on assembly equipment and machinery.
- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, and communicate with materials handlers as necessary.
- Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct periodic quality checks and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Execute additional duties as required to support the organization's mission and values.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of six months of experience in construction, distribution, or manufacturing.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic math and reasoning abilities.
- Physical capability to work in confined spaces and maneuver around equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Comfortable working with large machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience operating a forklift.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks throughout the day.
