Job Title: Distribution Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to join our team at Staffmark @ Assurant, Inc (Hyla). As a Distribution Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Store and organize products in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
  • Package and label products for shipping, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Process customer orders, including printing labels and preparing shipments
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to use a smartphone and computer
  • Punctual and consistent attendance
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
