Occupational Therapist

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities, including screening, evaluation, and treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
• Supervise and train occupational therapy assistants and rehabilitation technicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid certification from the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
