Job Summary:
  • Administer medications, treatments, and inoculations according to physician orders and within scope
  • Provide personalized care to patients, including assisting with ADLs and providing comfort care
  • Document patient information accurately and promptly in the patient record
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and maintain individualized patient care plans
Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent required
  • Licensure: Current unrestricted LPN license in WA state
  • Certification: Current BLS certification required
  • Experience: SNF or long-term care experience preferred
  • Two positive work references
  • Ability to work in a smoke-free, drug-free environment; non-smoker preferred
