Nurse Care Specialist

This position is part of the Float Pool at Northside Hospital, offering the opportunity to care for a diverse range of patient populations in our Acute Care units.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients, in accordance with Northside Hospital's philosophy, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, working under the direction of the Registered Nurse in an assigned clinical area.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to improve patient function and protect their health and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
- Previous experience in a specialty area.
