Job Summary:

Rishabh RPO is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Engine structural electrical and mechanical assemblies and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed inspections of Engine structural electrical and mechanical assemblies and systems using CAD models and Blueprints.
  • Verify assemblies for conformance against engineering requirements.
  • Document nonconformances following internal procedures and overcommunicate to resolve quality issues.
  • Experience with precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
  • Familiar with ESD requirements.
  • Must have attention to detail skills.
  • Must be able to work at elevated heights.
  • Experience with final photo documentation of hardware.
  • Perform damage characterizations, closeout first article, in-process, and final inspections and document per AS9102.
  • Eligible for overtime.

Requirements:

  • Experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work at elevated heights.
  • Experience with precision measurement tools.
  • Familiarity with ESD requirements.
