A Key Position in Our Stadium Operations

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Golf Cart Driver to join our team at H Star's Stadium Operations. This key position plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our guests throughout the stadium.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Transport patrons in passenger golf carts within Spring Training facilities via courtesy shuttle service.
* Conduct pre-shift inspections of golf carts to ensure they are in proper working condition, addressing any issues promptly.
* Work collaboratively with Stadium Operations staff to provide excellent customer service and resolve any concerns that may arise during events.
* Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Valid U.S. driver's license required.
* Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.
* Prior experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Working Conditions and Physical Demands:**
This role operates in a fast-paced stadium environment with moderate to loud noise levels. Employees must remain alert and focused at all times, being aware of potential hazards such as bats, balls, and other objects. The physical demands of this role include sitting for extended periods, seeing, hearing, and touching frequently, as well as lifting/moving items weighing up to 20 lbs on occasion.
