About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Specialist and Internal Quality Officer to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and quality in our residence. Your expertise will help us maintain a safe and supportive environment for our residents, while also driving continuous improvement and excellence in our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care and services we provide
  • Collaborate with our care team to ensure the highest standards of care and support for our residents
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Provide training and support to our care team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care
  • Work closely with our management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality and excellence in our services
