RN - BH Adolescent Psychiatric Services Inpatient Full Time 8 Hour PMs

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and provide nursing care through the therapeutic use of self, nursing process, and the environment and technology.
- Partner with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing - Required
- Nursing - Psychiatry or Behavioral Health - Inpatient - Preferred
- RN Registered Nursing - California Board of Nursing - Required
- BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required
- CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training- Required within 30-days of hire and renewal annually or within 30-days of return from a leave of absence.
Compensation and Benefits:
$96.02 per hour. Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. John Muir Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.-
