About the Role:
The Family Health Specialist will work in our outpatient clinic located in Westchester County, NY. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a graduate degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and board certification in their field.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in primary care outpatient settings and be proficient in performing physical exams, prescribing medication, documenting notes, ordering lab tests and X-rays, and providing ongoing treatment and follow-up appointments.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year based on industry standards and location.

Key Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
  • Preferred 1 year of FNP/PA experience
  • Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Attention to detail
