We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team at Info Way Solutions. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow the nursing process to deliver safe, compassionate, and culturally effective care.
- Gather and recognize/synthesize assessment data to determine the patient/family plan of care, pertinent data to be shared with care team, and tasks to be delegated.
- Recognize and/or seek resources to recognize clinical changes that are indicative of patient deterioration; utilize the CAT team when appropriate.
- Collaborate with the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team to coordinate all facets of patient care.
- Develop, implement, and/or revise the patient's plan of care on admission and during the course of the hospitalization.
- Registered Nursing License or active Temporary Practice Permit in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or State of New Jersey, depending on the assigned work location.
- CPR Certification issued through an organization that requires a hands-on instructor lead psychomotor skills verification.
- At least one (1) year of RN experience.
- Nursing Diploma.
- Basic use of a computer, Microsoft Office, and patient-facing technology.
- Navigation and use of clinical communication systems.
