CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest self-performing flooring contractor, offering polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for pedestrian and vehicle spaces in industrial, commercial, and retail markets.

Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $25-$35, depending on experience, along with an Hourly Bonus Program and comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, employee stock ownership program (ESOP), paid vacation, and holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Install high-quality polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems
  • Maintain strict adherence to all health and safety protocols and regulations
  • Properly utilize equipment and materials
  • Achieve and exceed production targets
  • Accurately record and submit hours worked
Requirements
  • Prior experience in concrete polishing, epoxy/urethane flooring, and/or LVT/VCT installation is preferred
  • Ability to travel and stay overnight as needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Age 18 or older
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass respirator medical evaluation and fit test
