Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians and other staff members.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance data.
Requirements
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • 5-7 years of experience in maintenance or operations, with a focus on supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of improving equipment performance, reducing downtime, and increasing efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
