Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Application Development to join our team at Broadcast Music, Inc. This role will oversee the design and implementation of all aspects of software application development with a focus on platform modernization, cloud native development, and back-end systems.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Application Development will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the design and implementation of software application development projects.
  • Managing project teams and coordinating project activities with external teams.
  • Analyzing and implementing requirements from Product Management/Technical Product Manager to develop project plans.
  • Facilitating installation and implementation tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Enterprise Application development with significant project leadership responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in C# or Java, Microsoft Office, and ability to code in Java and C++.
  • Highest level of confidentiality.
