Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging therapeutic interventions tailored to individual and group needs.
  • Conduct and document physical therapy evaluations.
  • Maintain effective communication with supervisors and coordinators regarding case management.
  • Uphold professionalism in interactions with families, educational teams, and other professionals.
  • Keep accurate attendance and billing records.
  • Coordinate schedules with families and school personnel.
  • Track progress on each IFSP/IEP goal and provide quarterly reports.
  • Participate in initial CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews.
