Job Overview

North 40 Outfitters is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Carryout Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist customers with loading heavier items and collecting carts, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Generate sales and suggest products to customers, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Stock and merchandise products, maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Safeguard company assets and maintain a secure store environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds, with occasional team lifting required.
