8. Contribute to team meetings and troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
9. Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools.

Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Java and Java Applets.
2. Web programming skills and experience with teamwork, verbal communication, and web user interface design.
3. Knowledge of software requirements, software development process, object-oriented design (OOD), and multimedia content development.
4. Experience with software debugging and a commitment to staying up-to-date with new technologies and software products.
