The OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at Harbor Medical Associates. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images for use by physicians in diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, protocols, and scanner equipment to acquire top-quality diagnostic information in an ambulatory setting.
- Maintain department patient flow to provide a superior patient experience and timely care.
- Work efficiently and with confidence to meet the needs of our patients.
- Stay up-to-date with department workflows, including service procedures, patient schedule management, contrast use and safety, and Epic Radiant.
- Treat all patients with kindness, empathy, and respect.
- Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic technology.
- Current Massachusetts State Radiologic Technologist license and registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent.
- Registered or eligible for certification in CT by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or equivalent.
- 2-3 years' experience as a Radiologic technologist preferred, with at least one year in cross-sectional anatomy courses.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
