Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented RO Operator to join our team at Hedy Holmes Staffing Services. As an RO Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of reverse osmosis water treatment systems, ensuring optimal system functionality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain reverse osmosis water treatment systems
  • Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve optimal system functionality
  • Adjust equipment to meet production specifications
  • Communicate effectively with truck drivers and other stakeholders
  • Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to all regulatory requirements
  • Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality control procedures
  • Attend required training and development programs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to learn dairy filtration systems within a 5-week period
  • Good computer skills and math skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Pasteurizer's License
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
