Job Summary

College of Southern Maryland is seeking a dynamic and experienced adjunct faculty member to teach in the Division of Business, Technology, and Public Service. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching evening classes in Construction Management Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach CNT 1010 Construction Methods and Materials and CNT 2020 Construction Surveying at the La Plata campus
  • Implement the comprehensive mission of a community college by assessing, documenting, and improving student learning through instruction
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective course materials and assessments
  • Provide excellent student support and guidance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Professional experience and credentials in construction management preferred
