Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Project Executive to set up contracts, required testing and inspections, submittals, subcontractor and supplier lists, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Project Executive to set up contracts, required testing and inspections, submittals, subcontractor and supplier lists, and project schedules.
  • Work with the Estimator to develop the project budget, project scope, and potential problems such as critical items and special hazards.
  • Execute owner contracts as required.
  • Confirm all quantities with the Estimator.
  • Review returned subcontracts before signing.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in commercial building construction.
  • Experience with technology such as Sage, ProCore, OnScreen Takeoff, SmartSheets, BlueBeam, and Smart Bid.
  • A safety-first mindset.
