Job Summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting in Eudora, Kansas.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions to develop a personalized treatment plan.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering occupational therapy interventions and educating patients and families on occupational therapy methods.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient care goals and outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of occupational therapy.
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or in the process of obtaining licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
