Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team at BlueWave Ventures as a System Administrator. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including server and client administration, firewall and network management, hardware and software maintenance, and user management and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, clients, firewalls, and networks
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect our systems and data
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT infrastructure management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, including server and client administration, firewall and network management, hardware and software maintenance, and user management and support
