Lead Preschool Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young children, where they can learn, play, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a welcoming and engaging classroom space that fosters a love of learning in children.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with their unique needs.
  • Develop young minds and inspire a love of learning using a growth mindset.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues.
  • Support the center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
Requirements:
  • One year of teaching experience (required) or six months of professional teaching experience (preferred).
  • An associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
