Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' nutritional status, taking into account their medical history, current condition, and treatment plan.
  • Develop personalized nutrition care plans tailored to each patient's individual requirements, considering factors such as disease stage, medications, and lifestyle.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on the importance of nutrition in cancer management, providing guidance on dietary modifications, meal planning, and healthy eating habits.
  • Contribute to departmental initiatives by participating in research projects, educational programs, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field.
  • Current Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) as a Registered Dietitian (RD).
  • Experience working in an oncology setting is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
