Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

About the Role:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech therapy services to our clients. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and provide therapy to address speech, language, and communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication goals
  • Provide therapy sessions to clients, including speech, language, and communication therapy
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with diverse populations
