Job Overview

Serasana is a Wellness Center that fuses ancient wellness practices, specializing in stress and pain management. We are looking for Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team in Greenwood Village.

About the Role

• We provide massages ranging from 25-110 minutes for scheduled clients and walk-ins.
• You will consult with clients regarding their current needs, medical history, and overall wellness.
• Guide clients through our service offerings, including yoga, acupuncture, meditation, tea, and other remedies.
• Take detailed histories, including information about injuries and chronic health conditions.
• Customize sessions around specific complaints or problem areas.
• Provide clients with Wellness Prescriptions after each session.
• Care for linens and replace between sessions.
• Clean and sanitize therapy room and equipment used after sessions.
• Attend and participate in meetings and training.
• Report to the Owner/Manager.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado License for Massage Therapy.
• Current Liability Insurance.
• Prior experience in Cupping is a plus but not required; we will train.

Requirements

• Frequent bending at waist.
• Ability to assist clients with disabilities.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Live a tobacco-free lifestyle.
• Report to work free from any adverse effects of drugs or alcohol.

Compensation

$48-$60 per hour (base pay per service + commission + gratuity). This translates to an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $100,000 based on 20 hours of work per week.
