Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Collaborate with the attending physician and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform advanced procedures, such as intubation, lumbar puncture, and chest tube placement, as needed.
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and provide emergency care as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families, providing emotional support and education throughout the care process.
Requirements:
• Active CT License
• Board Certification in Neonatal Nursing
• Current NRP certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
