Under general supervision, operates computed tomography equipment, positions patients to produce diagnostic images in a safe manner and also performs related duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operates computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Positions patients to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures
  • Performs related duties to support imaging operations
  • Recognizes the importance of prioritizing patient care and delivering exceptional quality as a technologist
  • Conducts examinations on patients of various ages, from neonate to geriatric
Qualifications
  • One year of CT experience preferred
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) & (CT) registry preferred
  • Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
  • Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology School
