Job Opportunity

T&M Associates is seeking a skilled CAD Support Technician to join our Technology Practice Team in New Jersey. This role requires a candidate who can balance office and field work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare drawings for various CAD applications, including Autodesk and Bentley.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate and timely drawings.
  • Adhere to client, company, and project standards.
  • Ensure all drawing files are accurate and well-organized.
  • Provide a range of drawings, including plans, specifications, and sketches.
  • Engage in problem-solving, teamwork, critical thinking, and visualization to create detailed drawings.
  • Assist in creating and updating CAD standards and training courses.
  • May involve field support when needed.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of CAD experience required.
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field is a plus.
  • Must have AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience.
  • Ability to assist with designing and following mark-ups.
  • Candidates must be able to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with clients and staff.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills are required.
