Science Teacher

Grow Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Single Subject Teacher to join our team. As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver standards-aligned lessons that promote deep student understanding
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide goals
• Participate in weekly coaching activities to refine instructional practices
• Develop a classroom environment that reflects the school's core values and promotes a college-going culture
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate standards-based grading records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• CA state Multiple or Single subject teaching credential or intern credential
• Demonstrated mastery of classroom skills, including classroom management, planning, assessment, and instructional practice
• Proficiency with various technologies and teaching tools
