Position: TIG Welder – Specialized in Low Volume Production
An established Engineering and Manufacturing Company is actively seeking skilled TIG Welders to join their expanding workforce. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for professionals who value career advancement, comprehensive training, and a balanced work-life environment.
Compensation: The hourly wage for TIG Welders is projected to range from $20 to $25, depending on individual experience and educational background. All qualified applicants will be considered, irrespective of their expected pay rate. Overtime compensation is available at premium rates for hours worked beyond 40 in a week. Our benefits package includes exceptional medical, dental, and vision coverage.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience specifically in TIG welding aluminum.
- At least 2 years of experience in blueprint reading and interpretation, particularly with aluminum applications, is highly desirable.
- Experience in a low volume prototype setting is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Possession of a Welding Certification or completion of a High School Shop class with TIG Welding training focused on aluminum.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
