Papa Utah Group, a franchisee of Papa Murphy's, is seeking a Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and serve food according to Papa Murphy's standards, including wrapping pizzas, handling phone and online orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to Papa Murphy's performance standards, including sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including cleaning, restocking, and maintaining the store.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred.
  • Ability to effectively read, speak, write, and communicate.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and lift up to 30 pounds.
