Job Title: Skilled Craftsman

At Sea Pointe Design & Build, we are seeking a skilled residential construction laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the industry and possess basic framing, electrical, plumbing, demolition, tile, and other residential construction skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Framing, electrical work, plumbing, demolition, and tiling tasks
  • Maintaining high-quality workmanship adhering to company standards and best practices
  • Operating own truck with insurance and possessing a good driving record

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of construction experience
  • BASIC overall residential construction knowledge
  • Tools applicable to trades

Salary: Competitive hourly wages ranging from $30-$38 per hour, plus benefits including health/vision/dental insurance, paid vacation, and 401K.
