Key Responsibilities


The Production Associate will play a crucial role in the ongoing success of production projects, collaborating closely with Account and Creative teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translating creative ideas into actionable plans.
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions.
  • Developing timelines and managing internal resources.
  • Maintaining and updating internal documents, including agendas and project task lists.
  • Conducting market research on venues, equipment, vendors, and industry trends.
  • Reaching out to vendors for price estimates.
  • Assisting with budget contributions and reconciliations.
  • Organizing Google drives with a clear folder structure.
  • Providing hands-on support at events.
  • Attending client calls, taking notes, and distributing them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting lead producers throughout project lifecycles.
  • Communicating updates to internal teams in collaboration with project managers and account teams.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A solid understanding of production phases.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams.
  • Experience in budget management or contribution.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • A confident, positive attitude with a proactive approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A resourceful mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
  • A desire to learn and grow within the content and experiential production field.
  • Familiarity with agency management tools and Google Suite is a plus.
