TidalHealth Nanticoke is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cardiovascular services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide routine follow-ups, cardiac clearances, pre-ops, and hospital follow-ups to patients
- Collaborate with our team of cardiologists, interventionalists, and electrophysiologists to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice and active NP licensure
- Current license or ability to obtain Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Delaware
- Previous nursing and/or advanced practice provider experience in cardiology preferred
- Comprehensive assessment skills, expert clinical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership skills and exceptional communication skills in collaboration with other members of the medical staff and administration
