United Gaming, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead its technology operations. The successful candidate will oversee all essential IT functions, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and maintain all essential IT operations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of network components.
- Lead and manage major IT projects and business-critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with United Gaming's strategic goals.
- Develop and implement strategic IT plans and solutions, driving technological innovation and efficiency in the gaming industry.
- Analyze United Gaming's IT needs, identify vulnerabilities, and enhance productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to support informed business decisions.
- Ensure the development and implementation of disaster recovery procedures and comprehensive data backup systems.
- Develop and manage best practice cybersecurity plans.
- Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management or similar roles.
- Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Exceptional creative and analytical thinking abilities.
- Professional certifications relevant to the role preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite, Bill.com, Synchroteam, AssetTiger, Monday.com, BambooHR, ADP, and/or similar platforms.
